  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I have a specific set of jobs that have to be completed on different days, for example on Mondays I will make sure that people have booked their hours correctly an if they haven't then I will email them and ask why they could then ask me to change something about their week such as a longer lunch or a holiday.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to use Microsoft outlook which is something that I had previously never used. This challenged me as I had no knowledge of how to use the system this also helped to develop my email righting skills which I had never used professionally this helped me to trust myself and my knowledge on how it worked.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme as it challenges me every day as I never quite know what questions I will get asked that day or where I may end up. This help to engage me and not get stuck doing the same thing day after day. We also get asked to help[ out at open days and charity event which helps you feel like you are giving back.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme has a very large structure which can make it hard to keep up with everything as their are lots of little pieces that aren't always relevant to you but once you learn how to navigate what you want everything slots into place and it makes things much easier.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer provides lots of support as I have many people that I can go to depending on what I want for example if I want help with my day to day work I would talk to my manager who gives and shows me how to do my work, but if I wanted to ask a question about the apprenticeship I would go to the early careers lead.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are lots of things that aren't part of your job description that you can get involved in such as going to the charity meeting and helping to organise and take part in events that will raise moneys for your local charities another is that your team depending on where you are might have something locally that you can do with them.
