The job was good. You go into action from 9-3 and your taught about engineering. You get taught sections and these help you when you do your job outside of the engineering school. It's a good training experience that helps you. Bench, mechanical, electrical and welding were taught. That's about it
I developed skills in learning things, making friends, socialising and how to conduct my self in the work place. I learned bench, electrical, welding and mechanical skills which help me when going out and doing a re rail as this makes me more confident doing other jobs and completing them.
I really enjoyed the programme. It's fun. It's exciting. It's educational it helps you socialise better. It gets you ready for a workplace. It helps you when doing your actual job in the future. It's the best job in the world. K didn't have a problems with the job.
The programme is very well organised. I haven't seen a better organised programme as of yet. There are managers and below that tutors and unions and other people you can talk to. There are other apprentices. There are meetings every week where you can talk about issues and problems
You get tons of support from your employer. The managers help your the tutors help you. Other apprentices from other years will help you you can search stuff up on the intranet. Or other websites it's very useful. They help you by sending links. Ask questions if your stuck

The qualification is the best. It helps you in your role you learn your qualification at college. It puts you in the mindset of engineering and it gets you ready for it. Everything is linked and it gets you ready to do your job. Your job is linked to the qualification
There are lots of extra curricular activities to get involved in like sports social activities professional networking events and many more. If you go on to the intranet you will find many activities like football where you face other lines and compete with them. This helps netowkring and meeting other people
