I come into work for 8. i get started on any work written work I have to do and while I'm doing this there is a meeting taking place. the meeting will discuss the reports that have come in and the severity of each reported fault. it will be decided in the meeting which faults are to be fixed o investigated first. after the meeting we are made aware of the fault we are going to fix or investigate.
In my job I’m required to update my skill set on an on-going basis. i must learn how to understand faults and why they occur and how to best fix these faults. i have learned and i am still learning on how to fix equipment using certain tools and programs. i will need extra help when it comes to using the software as i have never used it before. when i get onto the section that requires me to use such software i will be trained on it,.
i enjoy it very much. i know that i will be treated fairly. i can come to work feeling motivated and happy. everyday is different to the last which makes coming to exciting and is something to look forward to. im always wondering what kind of job i will have in the moring and where i will be heading out to.
it is very well structured. i have received a plan that tell me what i am going to be doing for the next year and a half. the mangers have also got the same schedule as me so they will be able properly provide me with what i need to make sure i do not go off track.
if there is anything that i need or if i need to talk to them for what ever reason i know i will be able to get into contact with them and ask them for what i need. i feel comfortable talking with them and am able to tell them how i feel if the need arises. i receive the correct training and any additional training i may need.
when i am completing my training i am given all of the resources i need. if there is anything that i need or want i only have to ask the training provider and they will make sure that they do what they can to get me the additional help i need to better complete my training.
my qualification helps me to understand the equipment i am working on better. i am able to get a better understanding of how it works and why it works that way. it also helps me to understand the faults that may occur and how to solve these faults. this will allow me to work to a biter standard.
yes there is. i have seen that there are many networking events that take place during the year. i receive many emails about networking and taking place in events that will help expand my network and meet many different people within the company. there are many different types of events so i am able to choose one i would most enjoy.

transport for London is an amazing company to work for. the policies that every employee follows ensure a safe, fair, active and enjoyable work area. the staff are very kind and vey knowledgeable and I believe Transport for London has an excellent work to life balance allowing for a good number of holidays to take.
i would say to b confident and don't be afraid to be yourself. no matter what your situation is, it is better to be relaxed rather than anxious,or desperate. you need to believe that you will find the right position. the reality is that there are positions available for you, and you can find one that is a good fit for you. you will put yourself in a much better position to find that job by trusting that you will find it
