Working to plan jobs that are required on ships. Day to day would include printing work packs for whoever needs them and processing the jobs through our system
Communication skills
Not massively, haven't been given too much work to do as of yet but have been told that it will improve soon
At the beginning no one was sure what to do with the apprentices and we were all just hanging around for a few days, there's been no where near a sufficient amount of work given to me
There is support from the apprenticeship specific people but only meet once every 12 weeks

There is potential for a career at BAE just involves being very patient
Just be patient and don't get worked up over just sitting around all day
