Assisting the delivery of transport network projects and programmes. My day to day work would include site visits to Ealing and Hammersmith, report analysis and writing, as well as stakeholder management to keep schemes progressing.
Yes lots. I have developed my report and data analysis as well as improved my email correspondence and report writing. I am learning the structure of the business and how my role as a sponsor influences the network. I am learning project management skills and terminology.
I really enjoy the variety and what the role is delivering. I have a say on what I work on to some extent and if there are any areas of the work that I struggle on, I feel supported and reassured. Colleagues are happy to assist and share their time.
Well organised. We are given 4x 6 month placements in areas of he business to get a wide variety of experience.
I receive good support from my line manager, placement manager, team colleagues and other apprentices.
I fell supported and students who require extra help are very well supported.
Some things, since my role is quite specific at the moment. However as I move around the business and move through my qualification, I should be able to use my learning more
