I have developed my people skills and my time management skills mainly.
I really enjoy my programme and enjoy coming to work each day
Well organised. The early careers team deal with most things but you report to your line manager for day to day duties
Lots, there is constant communication and any issues are ironed out quickly
Some, the content is delivered on time and there is support for assignments
I think it eventually will prepare me well once I have a fuller understanding
