It is an excellent company that provides excess support to it's employees. There are a range of different training courses accessible/provided to those who want to develop their skills. The networking potential is extremely vast.
Research the company thoroughly and find little things about it that relate to you personally e.g. a project that is happening in your area. This will give you a competitive edge and demonstrate your enthusiasm. Send time going over potential questions so that you can competently answer them.
