The apprenticeship balances my work load and apprenticeship work perfectly, making my time as an IT Technician apprentice enjoyable and not too laid back.
My structure of my programme is clear and direct, specifying the different placements available to me throughout my time period.
I receive a lot of support from both my apprenticeship providers and work placement employers, with personal mentors and regular 1 to 1 sessions.
I receive good support from my training providers, however the methods used for learning would be better if it all was not scrammed into one week.
The skills and qualifications i learnt from my training providers has enabled me to improve as an employee of TfL and learn new steps of troubleshooting.
