Its a great place to build your Personal brand. You are working with people from all different backgrounds on projects that change the city that you live in. For me this is very rewarding and it makes me want other people to experience this as well.
Networking is one of the most important skills you need to work on when coming into a massive organization like this. It is fundamental to building a future within the business.
