The job role changes dependent on placement (Which rotates every 6 months). Generally, you are attending meetings, organizing and leading projects, engaging with stakeholders.

Yes. I have learnt a variety of management skills including, project, change, people management.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme. The variety is great and enables you to find what you enjoy and develop a range of skills. It is also a really good way of studying for a degree by being able to apply course concepts without any debt!

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. There is a group of lead sponsors who look after specifically general management apprentices.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support from lead sponsors, sponsor, placement manager, buddy and peers.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support varies dependent on your module tutors, personal tutor, level and place in the year.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This is dependent on where you placements are but overall the knowledge from the degree will help you to understand key business concepts.

Yes! There are a variety of events advertised through the year

A great company to work for with good support and benefits. The apprenticeship is also very well run.
