Shadowing other technicians in order to learn more about the trains and get a better underlying knowledge for the future.
learnt many new skills mechanical and electrical from college and those skills have been enhanced since at the workplace
I enjoy it very much as its a new experience for me and everyday is never the same
our program isn't very organized as we were told we had to go to college the first year and day release the second and found out the day we were meant to go back that we didn't need to go back
with certain things loads of support and with others not at all its a bit of a mixed bag.
not much as we don't really have anyone to talk to about it in person as NTAR are based in Northampton
the qualification will help me perform my job ten fold as there is so much to learn and this qualification helps us learn that over a 3 year period
I get the opportunity to volunteer at CSR events around the country and my depot has various sport teams to get involved in
Yes
