  • The programme is structured with work and college objectives outlined at the start of each year

  • Regular reviews etc with early careers staff ensure that support is always on hand if needed

  • Support is sometimes received but more could be done by the training provider to get to the level of support we receive from our employer

  • Some knowledge learned as part of the qualification is useful for the workplace for a general knowledge point of view however the main skills learnt for performance in role are learnt in the workplace

  • There are many social activities people can get involved with such as 5 a side, professional networking events and social night outs etc.

  • Fantastic company for a young person to come to for development and the opportunities to travel and experience a variety of jobs are endless
