The programme is structured with work and college objectives outlined at the start of each year
Regular reviews etc with early careers staff ensure that support is always on hand if needed
Support is sometimes received but more could be done by the training provider to get to the level of support we receive from our employer
Some knowledge learned as part of the qualification is useful for the workplace for a general knowledge point of view however the main skills learnt for performance in role are learnt in the workplace
There are many social activities people can get involved with such as 5 a side, professional networking events and social night outs etc.
