I work as an relief area supervisor. I cover stations between Bedford till Cricklewood. My role consists of multifunctional duties where I can assist with sales, and operational duties.
I have developed skills in team leading and enhanced my knowledge on retail law.
I enjoyed the programme through out as this was a different experience. I was happy that we were given the time to attend workshops and work towards multiple certificates.
The whole programme was well structured from beginning to end and was explained very thoroughly at first point of contact.
We recieved 100% support from the employer.
The training provider helped us through the whole programme and gave their 100%. They help us through the workshops provided. One 2 one sessions and are at hand when needed. Helped us to push through to completion.
This qualification has helped me to developed my leading skills and have been able to mentor other. Which helps me to work more collaboratively.
There are many charity events we can involved in within our working departments. We have a football team mixed of all departments and occasionally gather for a paint balling.
