  • Working through the work management tool, checking the documents are attached and attaching them if not. Working on the SAP programme. Supporting people around me

  • I do enjoy my programme a lot, I like the people who I work around and the overall experience I am getting.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It has a bit of uncertainty in some aspects, as its a new apprenticeship. the classroom aspect seems vague and not much has been discussed about that. When we will be moving to the new office has not been discussed either.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer and the people around me who I work with. I feel very comfortable and like I can ask questions.

  • I receive a lot of support from the providers and feel confident within the training programme.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me a lot more knowledge and supports me throughout my day to day work life.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At the moment no but I know there is a Out Of Bounds trip later this year where all of the apprentices go for a mid week of team building.

  • Yes

  • It is a very good company to get started in and everyone is very supportive, friendly and pushes you to work harder.

  • Tips and advice I would give to someone applying would be to know of the standards expected of you and that they expect hard work in the best way. To also know that it Is a very good company to join
