  • Very well organised, placement's align with university to ensure that we are getting the real experiences that we can apply to knowledge.

  • Multiple support channels through a skills coach, line manager, placement manager and safeguarding manager. Also can receive help through the ethics helpline.

  • Multiple support channels through module tutors, lecturers and mentors.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • There are times where you can't see where the qualification fits into work, which can make it hard to understand the subject. There needs to be a clearer understanding of the modules and how they fit into the workplace.
