Admin work once a week, which involves checking expenses, assigning new starters lockers & laptops. 3 Days a week I work on different projects within the Education, Health & Care sector, which involve creating registers for social worker assessment centres all over the UK, preparing content for these assessment centres to ensure candidates can sit the right assessments etc.
I have developed excellent communication skills, whilst also developing the teamwork skills I already had prior to starting working here.
I do enjoy the programme I'm on in terms of the Apprenticeship, it's tough fitting in the apprentice work into my work schedule as I tend to get super busy, but everyone tries to help and delegate tasks elsewhere to allow me to do my college work.

Great place to work, work environment is amazing - The best thing about Motts is the people who work here, and this makes it more enjoyable to be at work.
If you apply to something you end up not liking, there are always opportunities to do something else.
