Go to depot and receive a job then go with experience worker to job which involves fixing a cable and get electricity restored to customer
Yes learnt how to use different tools and work on cables live and dead and learnt about the network and different faults that occur on the network.
Enjoy it a lot each day is different and get on well with colleges and getting paid to learn.
The programme is well organised as courses planned well into advanced and receive emails telling us when they are
There is different phone numbers we can call if we need help and have 13 week reviews with our manager to highlight any issues.
The training courses are brilliant as receive enough help to get us to go in the right direction to get the qualifications we need.
Can see huge improvements after going to courses through my knowledge and work that I do.

As getting paid to learn a lot better than school and different to doing A-levels
Make sure you are close to the depot and a person who can easily get on with others and good to taking to strangers such as customers.
