Going to My local depot and working with a range of people of different skill sets, do complete the task the manger has given us which could involve digging, Jointing a fault finding.
Yes I have learnt how to open a electrical cable, live without hurting myself others and stopping to damage other property.
I enjoy my program as I'm working with a load of different people across the age gap which Varys up what you do and what fun you have. Also the training is the a high standard which helps us to enjoy it.
The program is well structured but needs some work on the higher management as they sometimes forget thing and you have to wait 3 months.
You receive a lot of support from lots of different people which means you can fully understand everything as there are lots of people to ask.
