We administer several pension schemes, this a vast range of work from communicating to members and dealing with their requests, keeping records up to date, calculating/revaluing benefits and sending quotes to members, running cash handling for schemes, liaising with companies
Learnt many excel skills, massively developed writing skills eg. writing technique and language skills, IT skills learnt and developed, communication skills developed and confidence developed.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme for many reasons including the staff, the fact that the work is not boring and challenging however not too difficult that it turns stressful. There is also a good balance of work and fun eg. charity days
It is well structured however I believe the structure could of been communicated more clearly at the beginning of the programme.
As much support as I need, all needs met.
Received all the support and advice I need. Very good at pointing you towards the right direction
The knowledge which is gained through the qualifications can be applied to day to day work. The qualification also forces you to look into processes in immense detail which is useful for my daily tasks.
There are many to choose from and a wide range of choices.
