  • My work is mainly find the intended customer which is match to British Petroleum and in contact to ensure customer get more familiar with this brand and if they demonstrate their interest we will introduce more of our product and try our best to sell as much product as possible

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned many new skills such as how to build first impression to customers. How to clearly demonstrate the advantage of product and let customer trust our product which is better than other providers. I also learned how to make sure that we can try our best to show the property of the product.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme because this programme really motivate me quite a lot and I got quite a lot useful information about how to improve my personal skills on sales, interpersonal and public speaking. I really enjoy the process which strengthen me from shy to more self-confidence in speaking and talking.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In this programme, I got well organised by my personal trainer. I quite respect him and he help me to make a plan and share me his customer list. so I can easier to start my work well with this valuable list and then I can find customer by myself.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive really quite a lot help from my manager, who give me mane encourage when I nearly give up. My personal mentor also help me to extend my networking in this area and I worked in a warm team so all of my workmates would like to help me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I got really quite a lot help from my personal tutor and my training provider. They introduce me to their customer and help me to build up first step as sales in petroleum product. I really quite thanks for their valuable help which makes me successfully start work in here.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel this qualification help me perform better. Because this experience help me to make sure that I am already finish my first step in BP and I am eligible to start my next period working with higher salary which could be motivate me to work harder and activate my potential energy.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, we always organise pub night with quiz of 80s music although I am not quite interested in but I would like to enjoy the atmosphere when we need to guess the song together. Other than this we also organise some cheaper price to get oil for out car. Quite Convenient

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because this is a really good place to demonstrate your speaking skills and shows to customer your product is better by your introduction. So you could be a smart customer when you finish your work and prepare to buy other product as a customer. You will getting more clever than now.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BP?
  • Show your knowledge and history you know about BP, this can help you quite a lot to make sure that you have strong interesting to work in here. If you know BP's history more than HR I believe HR will feel you are the good choice and they are willing to choose you.
