FCAS Delivery - I am responsible for the request for works, locker management and office moves.
I have built up a lot of confidence during my time on the Apprenticeship scheme. I believe working as a team is key in a business like BAE Systems, and I have been able to improve my leadership skills also.
I am really enjoying my programme so far - I believe I can speak to anyone, ask for help and get the best advice to be successful in the future.
The programme is very organised due to dealing with budgets and deadlines. I previously mentioned being involved with the Request for Works - these requests require deadlines and costs money, so my team have to be structured in when the jobs should be completed and how much they should cost.
I receive a lot of support from my employer - due to being brand new to the business, I believe I am offered the best advice and can ask for help whenever I need it. My team as a whole are approachable and friendly.
I receive some support when working towards my qualifications - I have recently attended the MSP training course, and the BCM course which were both very useful.
I believe my qualification does help me perform better in the role I am currently in, however I think you learn a lot whilst in the placements.
Yes, I have volunteered to play Netball for charity in the Apprentice Comms Week - these are normally based in the Lightening Club.
Yes
I think you gain a lot of experience and opportunities throughout the whole apprenticeship - for example, I was fortunately selected for the Prince's Trust taking place in May.
Mention a time when you came out of your comfort zone / a challenge.
