My work experience in here is really good and I get quite lots of useful experience in MacDonald and also make many friends in here. It really exercise me and my hard work in here get great certificate by my workmates and manager make me feel strong sense of achievement.
I get quite well training and skill development such as how to let customers waiting calmly and more efficiently. How to arrange order divided to different category like takeaway, collection and eat in. Other than that, I also studied how to make best time arrangement to ensure customers wait minimum time.
I quite enjoy my work in here as I was the biggest fans of MacDonald So when I have a chance to work in here I feel quite happy to make food by myself and I learned more than what I thought before I came here to start my work.
I think this work is well organised as MacDonald is a incredibly massive company so we only need to follow the instructions and our team leader's order. Other than that, when I feel some accident or emergency thing need to deal with our team group will work together to solve it.
I quite like to work in MacDonald, It is a really great atmosphere and you can feel all of your workmates are warm and friendly. They will help you when you need as company's culture encourage their staff do this and after I have experience I also help the fresher as well.
I think as my first work experience after graduate from uni, this experience really help me make more clear with my future career development, It also help me to build up self confidence and interpersonal skill. Since then I start my career development better and better so I think it's a good beginning.
Yes, I got competitive paid for my work. It send money each month at the beginning of the next week. So not like weekly way as that may be easier to spending all of them and lack of money each end of week. Also with food offer available as staff.
Yes, If you work in here you can participate some meetings with other fast food provider and get more knowledge through talk with others. Like you can through this valuable meeting to make more friends in the same circle and that could be definitely better for your future career plan.
Yes
I think this is a quite suitable first job for you to try to more familiar with current society and you can just simply consider what you really want to do in the predictable future. You can also use this position as a start to find a better job afterwards.
You just need to be yourself. I have been asked how to make sure customer would like to follow your arrangement and wait for pick up their meal. I don't think that it is quite challenge-able for you to deal with but you need to provide better plan than others.
