Technical knowledge about infrastructure from engineers. Learnt skills on how to take off from drawings. Internal courses for wellbeing and health. Grown in confidence and the ability to work with professionals.
Really enjoy the studies as they fit into the work in the office. The team are very supportive and always take time to teach when needed. It completely meets the expectations of working alongside studying.
Very structured, 10 week check ins with coordinators at the University. Quarterly workshops with chartered professionals. Communication 24/7 on the University site. Work colleges are interested in the course and support the learning to combine with the projects in the office.
