My role is dealing with Civil engineering issues within the Site Development team. I may deal with Utility, pavements, drainage, urban realm, car parks and site layouts which cause issues.
Learnt new softwares like AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil 3D and ProjectWise. Also improved upon my communication skills and confidense.
i enjoy the programme due to all the different sectors i work upon.
Very well organised. Lots of people to contact if issues arise, always support there if ever needed.
Lots of support from mentors, line managers, team mates and HR. Any issues will be dealt with and always valued.
Stegta aren't as good as I expected. However, Arup have dealt with these issues and ensured that Stegta improve.

Yes
Supportive compnay who value their people and wellbeing. Contant new projects and different diciplines that I will be able to learn and discover. Always areas to progress into and ways to improve my career and leadership role.
