  • Good team and social calendar, mostly interesting work with good variety of jobs

  • Set goals and targets, with a good course/assignment structure at college.

  • Lots of support from team, managers, and mentors.

  • Support is not that good, frequently have to push to get things done.

  • Qualification is only used a few times throughout the year at work. It is quite a generic course and not always relevant to the work being done.

  • Sports teams, a good social calendar, almost every activity can be done with colleagues.

  • Great place to work if interested in Engineering Design.

  • Be aware that 95% of the work you will do is in an office and using a computer.
