everyday i am given the ability to work on a facinating project and im given the authority of doing work that senior enigneers need doing.
learnt cad, microstation and other software skills along with other interactive skills.
i am yet to find a fault in what i am doing, everyday is great!
very well organised from Arups perspective, although the same cannot be said for Stegta...
any question or issue is resolved with the first person i ask, i am given more than enough support

yes, there are many different out of work activites from football to skiing to baking.

they give you everything that an apprenticeship should, and so much more. the work is interesting and the people are great!
