Cold calling potential customers to try and obtain new business for your account base. Maintaining relationships with current customers and ensuring that they get the best service possible to drive future business through yourself and the company.
The confidence in myself to succeed in a workplace that is all adults. Maturity when conducting myself around a workplace environment. Sales techniques. The ability to listen concisely and reflect on mistakes in order to succeed.
I enjoyed it very much as it gave me the freedom to learn through real life experience.
