My day to day role as an apprentice surveyor includes offering support to colleagues and working alongside them to deliver projects.
I have learnt a number of new skills including communication , report writing, meeting skills, in addition to the knowledge and skills needed for my specific apprenticeship.
I really enjoy my programme and am truly happy that I chose to undertake the apprenticeship programme with Cushman & Wakefield. I would truly recommend to any one that is offered the opportunity that they take it!
My programme is well structured and our training provider ensures that we meet all the necessary requirements such as off the job learning log records to complete our apprenticeship.
I am supported by my employer in a number of ways. We are given an additional 3 days study to help with our degree in addition to monthly CPD sessions and support from a mentor.
We are given additional lectures to help prepare us for our assessments and we can ask queries on a forum should we have any
I think it really helps as it gives me a wider perspective of the industry and the elements that go into doing our job.
I attend a number of professional networking events and recently restarted the work netball team for my office.

I have had a really positive experience at Cushman & Wakefield and would be more than happy to recommend it to anyone else. The support and opportunities have been amazing and I feel like I have really progressed.
