I am a duty manager and my day to day roles require me to look after the store during trade and durkng non trade hours. I have to manage staff to make sure the shop is looking at its full potential and all customers that enter my store are happy.
I have learnt cash handling, how to manage a team, i have developed my customer service skills so i am a happy go to person! Never have anything bad said about me from anyone. I have learnt the timing things have to be done in and i have learnt how to keep situations under control
Ive only just started my program but so far i am enjoying the way its being treated. As my trainer has kept me informed with everything and has treated me to the best of her ablity. Made me feel very comfortable in my interview
