I run the shop 1-10 5-6 days a week I am in charge of making sure the shop is correct for the next morning when delivery staff come in.
I am getting better at my time management and how to engage with staff more.
I am enjoying my programme it just gets difficult to work around my working hours
I was 6 months behind as we waited 6 months for the laptop computer I required so this has impacted the amount of work I now need to catch up on
My manager is great but the company havnt adjusted anything for me to be able to complete this course they havnt given me extra hours or anything to do this I am purely completing this course in my spare time.
I do get monthly visits and sometime remote calls
This course has built up my confidence alot and has helped me be more stern with staff to get the respect I need to run the shoo and do my job.
No.
Yes
Because I got given a maths tutor that has given me and taught me different ways to deal with my dyslexia at work
Make sure you have the time to be able to do all the studying and stuff around work times
