    • On a day to day basis my job role includes me looking after children whilst they are in my care. I ensure that they are safe and secure in the environment. And their needs are met through out the day.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • Yes. I have learnt new things that I didn’t know with the curriculum and the EYFS. I have also learnt more about first aid.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I really enjoy the programme as I love working in the environment with children. I also love doing my apprentice work as i enjoy doing work.

    • I believe that my programme is very well structured and easily understood

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I receive so much support from my employer. Through out the working day. If I’m struggling with the tasks in the room or even with my apprentice work, I ask for support or help and it’s always there

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I receive a lot of support whenever I’m struggling I send a email and it is answered within the next day or 2 and the help is given.

    • My training provider helps me a lot with my job role as we have a table that I wrote what I need help with and the support is planned and given to me

    • The environment is very good. Healthy, safe and secure. The team are great to work with and very supportive. Also the children are loving. Great job

    • Just to ensure they are willing to give 100% effort whilst working with this company.
