I complete activities for client accountants in my company to make sure they hit all of their deadlines and have got everything they need to do that.
I have developed existing skills which has made me grow as a person and has helped me to become more independent.
I would rate my program a 10 because the help I have received from Savills and The Growth Company is superb. It has given me a very good understanding of the things i need to be doing to help with growth.
My structure is very clearly set out, this gives me the chance to find out and see what i need to be doing to either improve or move up within the business.
My manager gives me lots of attention when i need it to make sure my understanding of the task at hand is correct. My mentor is always there when i need her which helps as it gives me an option on who to ask when i am struggling.
The Growth company provide workbooks and brilliant staff to maximise my progression throughout each level of qualification.
At the Growth company each member of staff has experience within an accounting role so by asking them questions they provide us with tips and things that will guide us and help us move up roles within our businesses.
There are company events that get us all involved and help us to meet new people and find out more about the business on a wider perspective.
Yes
I would recommend Savills to a friend because they're a worldwide business with such helpful and supportive members of staff to guide you in the right direction in your time at Savills.
In my opinion Savills has a wide range of people working there from different cultures and religions, so a tip from me is to just be yourself.
