Consulting the business to create learning interventions where needed Day to day - Managing direct reports, consulting, designing training material, project management, delivering training
Project management tools and skills have been the most helpful. Better knowledge of risk and finance
The programme was delivered in-house, which I enjoyed as I got to work with my peers. My enjoyment was limited in the technical side of the apprenticeship (uploading work, user-interface, etc) which was clunky and unclear.
The programme was clearly structured, however this changed a number of times during the apprenticeship. Much of the work needed for the portfolio was given very late on in the programme
My employer allowed me the time to work on my apprenticeship when needed. More support on workload could have been given
Skills coach was very helpful, other than this support was minimal
I feel it has helped, mainly in project management scenarios and valdating the skills I already have
Yes, mainly charity events (helping community, etc)
