Electrical engineering apprenticeship moving through all the departments within the business. This includes tendering, procurement, finance and operations.
At work I have learned new skills in how to tender and procure a job and legalities associated. In operations I have learned how to problem solve and have further developed my people skills. Across the board I have learned technical aspects associated with transformer work.
I do something different on a daily basis which keeps the programme enjoyable
Being one of the first apprentices to do the higher apprenticeship it was initially slightly poorly structured however it has improved as I have became self sufficient.
