I work as a Programme Manager company offering a range of products and services, day to day I manage a variety of complex cross functional transformation projects.
I've enhanced existing skills and reinvigorated my passion for learning and developing others.
My apprenticeship literally turned around my state of mind and has taken me from cynical to motivated.

My employer couldn't have been more supportive
The intial skills coach was below standard but the replacement was amazing.
