To analyse behaviours and techniques within calls and isolate the phrases used within conversations and design reporting for the management team based on the themes in order to facilitate better decision making.
I have learnt numbnerous skills which will have developed my managerial skill set, including elements such as time management, having difficult conversations and how to understand the internal and external effects on any individual and how to coach them the best way.
I have thoughourly enjoyed the programme as it has allowed me to consolidate some skills which i already have and also develop those which i was unaware were limiting my ability to get the best out of myself and my team
The programme was extremely well planned and organised. I was given notice of training sessions months in advance and the content of each session was also very well structured, enableing my learning experience.
I have recieved 100% support from my employer. All apprenticeses on both cohorts were from the same company which shows how committed Saga are to supporting growth and development of their staff.
My training provider was always available to speak to when needed, and also arranged both onsite visits and webex's to review my progress both during the course and when assignments were due for submission.
I have much more confidence in myself and my job role. I feel I can much better prepare myself in my day to day, delivering work on time with much more insightful content and also giving my team the full attention they need when required.
I have been able to attend many networking events through work, as well as attending volunteer days where leave the office for the day and take part in a task with an organisation who volunteer to make the surrounding areas better.

I think that Saga is a great place to work, there is a great community feel within the business as we all know we are working alongside each other to acheive our objectives. I have been with the business for 13 years and I can honestly say that each year gets better!
The interview process is never as stressful as you think it will be. It is simply a conversation, so my advise would be to try to relax and let the recruiter see the 'real' you. Don't be afraid to elborate on answers and if you can, give nice detailed answers and play on your strengths!
