Helping to support the Surveyors I work alongside with thier tasks. This includes anaylsing property portfolios and improving my understanding of the Real Estate industry.
I have developed and improved my communication skills, my professional behaviour, and also my confidence when speaking to fellow employees and clients.
Yes I enjoy my experience. This is due to the friendly fellow workers and operate alongside.
The programme is not well organised. Most questions apprentices have go unanswered for long periods of time and I do not know the clear direction of my apprenticeship.
My immediate team support greatly in my daily role, however I feel I am sometimes left in the dark regarding wider apprenticeship matters, such as having to communicate with the training provider on my own without any guidance.
The Univeristy gives me support. They help me to complete me degree in Real Estate.
Because of the current team I am in at work, I dont not feel my University studies assist me with my job role.
Yes there are many sports teams and also other groups to get involved in.
No
Their is a lack of clear direction for the apprenticeship scheme. Sometimes I am unsure about details of the scheme which cannot be clarified to me. Therefore although the company as a whole is very good, I wouldnt reccomend the apprenticeship scheme.
