Managing the bar, carry day to day and periodically stock takes. Managing cash, providing an amazing costumer service in order with our brand standars. Maintaing super amazing cleaning standars. Managing stock level. Dealing with complaints and guests reviews. Answering the phone. All of thoose while working with a super amazing team!
Yes ,i am developing my bartending skils on a day to day basis, and also stock management skills , also i have gad managed to develop some really good communication skills . And also by working as a duty manager i get to manage and supervise a bigger team which gets more organised
I do enjoy my programme as it is always matching my schedule and i can lear always aroung my working time. And it is such a pleasure to learn with my assessors which they do give a constant feedback on my progress and, where i should come up with improvements.
It is really organised i get to have all of the lessons online over the phone or face to face choice qhic always is on your confort zone. You will be provided with all the tools that you will need to helpyou go trough the process of succeeding youu programme
My employer could never be better at giving support to achieve the best from my learning programme he goes all the way up from paying for the hours that i actually learn for the programme, to giving me support and feedback on any queries i do have. He also is providing all the tool to auport my learning.
The suport that i receive is a really good one, as everything is around your schedule and nobody is being to pushy to do certain things. Also they have a lot of patience with you and they always going to point you to the best practices and activities to learn a lot of things.
Since i have started the qualification i started having a better understanding of the industry as well as how to be a successful manager. As we always put in practice at the workplace what we are learning through the learning session. Also my job role becomes more clear from lessons to lessons .
We always have social activities at my work place such staff parties , cook off and job training sessions that make us more strong like a team and help us to be a better team. As a brand we also have competition and days out to distilleries wineries and all sort of places that help us around our jobs.

Vecause it is the best company to work in the uk they have a lot of perks for working with them you will definitely gwt a discount wherever you are going to do shopping and tou do get an amazing employee discount , besides there are some great competitive rates of pay.
I don't have any advice to get give to them, as since i have joing Mitchell & Butlers i have done nothing that always and constantly progressing improving myself and getting better at the job i do . All alongside a beautiful team that supports you and train you at thei very best!!!
