Day to day running and maintenance of the plant and utilities of the factory.
I have learnt new skills in the electrical field, developed personal skills as well as developing professional skills.
I enjoy the programme as the day to day work varies massively. There is not two days the same which is what excites me to come to work.
There is a good structure to the programme which has been in place since day 1. All apprentices know what they are doing and what js expected throughout their programme.
Lots. The employer is very supportive of developing skills for the workplace which sometimes are not expected during an apprenticeship.
The training provider provides help and support during the course.
Most of the qualification is work related
The company encourage apprentices to take part in extra curricular activities as well as allowing to go on courses such as the outward bound course.

The support and help from the compant is great. The on the job training is second to none and it is a great place to work.
Use the time spent on the job wisely. The people we work with are specialist people who have done the job for many years and have skills which are only seen within our industry
