Once we have been notified that someone has passed away we meet with their relatives; discuss and make all the funeral arrangements.
I have been able to develop my existing skills; and view things from a different perspective.
The programme has been more enjoyable than I expected.
It was a bit difficult at the start as our original coach left the company and the next coach they appointed lived too far away.
Not too much as the company is still in the process of restructuring.
I receive a reasonable amount of support.
It has been very useful when it comes to learn the laws surrounding the funeral business.
We try and do some coffee mornings for charity; and we are planning to visit some of the local nursing homes.

I work with a really amazing team of people.
Applying for the coop is a long process, try and stick with it; you will be glad that you did. It's worth the effort.
