I am a funeral arranger, I arrange funerals for clients which includes booking dates and times and completing paperwork and conversing with doctors and coroners
Not through my qualification but through my job I have
Due to starting the qualification after being in my job for a whole year I find it less enjoyable than I would have if I had done it at the beginning. I find it now interferes more with my work than it does assist.
I feel there is very little consistent structure. No consistency in the amount of work received from one month to the next. One month I can get barely any work and the next month I get far too much.
Very little support especially from higher management. Not given enough allocated time in work time to complete qualification.
My training provider gives me sufficient support when it is needed. If I am struggling to manage my time she will assist however she can.
Not very well. I feel if I had started the qualification at the beginning of my job then it would have assisted me a lot but due to started much later, I already knew a lot of what the qualification is trying to teach me.
None that I know of
