I know what have to do for the day (made aware of my responsibilities) i take a break and break when i want/need to .
Understanding finance and i have learnt some accounting terminology as well as programming, I was given the opportunity to do data camp
The work is enjoyable because you improve everyday and your work load increase gradually. I have a great relationship with my team I am able to easily ask for help. I am happy, they organised many events which creates a sense of community and make us comfortable enough to reach out if we need anything
At the start you most time is pent learning and adapting to the culture. We are give 20% off so we essentially have more then enough time to study . I have a mentor in my department and one in my team this is great because i am able to ask all the questions I have
I met with my manger at the start which enabled me to gain a better understanding of the structure , I meet with two mentors a week which has made me feel supported, have an accountability partner who is another apprentice. Everyone likes the concept of apprenticeships which makes me feel comfortable and supported
We get emails of helpful resources and they try their best to deliver the lessons in a way which is enjoyable and informative
As of now i believe it helpful because i am learning more than just theory they also teach us able stakeholder management and relevant skills
There are communities you can join such as Women in tech where they hold talks and send letter, You can also participate in charity events during your work hours such as feeding the homeless or cleaning the streets
Yes
They have a diverse environment which allows you to thrive socially and there is so much to learn from everyone because they all have different backgrounds. They genuinely try their hardest to support everyone on their journey
They made it very clear they want to be able to see you have potential
