I am a lead support worker my role is to run the shift and do medication and all personal care and be a team worker tomake sure that the shift runs smoothly.
We have training all the time . I am doing my lead qualification level 3 . We have elearning to do regularly . We are learning every day
I love learning and learning new things . I also been doing 8 weeks courses on top of my diploma.
Very well organised and bud online is an amazing program for all the learning you need.
I do get a bit of support but mostly do it with my tutor sarah
I get so much help from sarah . She has been amazing she has helped me when i have struggled at times. I am so pleased that i have got to work with her to achieve my goals
It has gave me more confidence in my job . Makes me feel that i can help people more .

Its a great company to work for.. good training
Look up cmg and look into the company. Make sure its what u want to do as it can be stressful work.. and the hours are shift work
