I complete the administrative work that a funeral involves. I also take care of the deceased that are at rest in my funeral home.
I have learnt how to manage my time more efficiently. I have developed my customer skills in all aspects of the job.
I have learnt a lot from doing my apprenticeship. It’s in-depth and my coach is a expert in the funeral industry.
Very well. We are sent summaries for each training day and we have regular contact with our coach.
As much as possible. They are supportive.
A lot of support. We can phone and email our provider if we need any extra information.
I have learnt a lot of information that doesn’t come up often in the funeral home. Our coach has assisted in helping us settle in to a new branch and it always just a phone call away.
Yes
I love my job, it’s a industry that requires you to be resilient. Everyone helps each other.
Be honest when you are answering the questions on all of the psychotically tests and remember you will be with deceased people.
