Helping people at their greatest time of need, to arrange a Funeral for a loved one. Being able to offer choice, offer support, have a good understanding of products/services available. Build relationships in the community.
Currently working towards gaining my English and Maths functional skills level 2. Taken part in many training courses, from Safeguarding to Working in the community.
I love learning on the job. There is lots of help and support on offer.
Very well organised. Always plenty of opportunity to gain off site experience. Tutor very helpful, with regular meetings, and phone conversations.
