  • Helping people at their greatest time of need, to arrange a Funeral for a loved one. Being able to offer choice, offer support, have a good understanding of products/services available. Build relationships in the community.

  • Currently working towards gaining my English and Maths functional skills level 2. Taken part in many training courses, from Safeguarding to Working in the community.

  • I love learning on the job. There is lots of help and support on offer.

  • Very well organised. Always plenty of opportunity to gain off site experience. Tutor very helpful, with regular meetings, and phone conversations.

  • As much support as needed!

  • Amazing training provider. Always there if needed.

  • The off site experience helps to give a wider experience and understanding when in an arrangement with a family.

  • Lots of community work to get involved in. Park walks ect..

  • Yes

  • Very supportive and understanding. Lots of incentives to progress. Huge focus on community, and giving back.
