General admin around the arrangement and providing a funeral. Supporting the funeral director and family of the deceased. Ensuring correct costing and invoicing.
Developed my existing admin skills. Enhanced my personal skills and life knowledge.
Very much. I enjoy using "my grey matter" after a period where it was not stretched very much.
I felt it was a little full on to start with, maybe the programme could start at say 6 months, gives a chance to settle in first.
Plenty of support in theory but the job role takes over a lot of the time so often pushed for time b
Lots, always there if needed.
It certainly helps but I do feel a person learns something by actually doing it and not in a classroom.
Plenty, we have Yammer which is like an internal Facebook where colleagues keep in touch and share experiences.
Yes
National company, well respected. A large concern but staff made to feel special and we'll looked after and supported.
Do it! Don't be put off by the funeral business, it is very rewarding.
