Shadowing and learning from experienced project managers. Undertaking tasks independently to build up my experience. Including managing stakeholders, facilitating meeting, reporting on projects etc..
I have developed on my communication skills and managing senior stakeholders.
I enjoy the amazing opportunities I have the ability to get involved in. The invaluable experiences made my apprenticeship journey incredibly amazing.
6 monthly rotations over each department provide me with a great insight into the overall whole department. Having the ability to work with a wide range of extremely skilled project managers.
Expectations have been clear and set from the offset, BA have been brilliant in supporting my journey and ensuring I have felt confident along the way.
Monthly reviews and general support have been helpful.
I now have developed the skills and capabilities to take on the next natural progression (role) step in my career
