I am a Senior Data Analyst and day to day I perform analysis on metrics relating to company performance. Metrics such as frequency and severity of claims performance.

Yes, as a result of doing the Apprenticeship I have learned new analytical skills and new software.

Very much so. Brilliant training and interesting material. Project work was engaging.

Very well. My Learning and Development Coach was great. The programme was very well structured.

Great support. I have 1 day a week to concentrate on my projects.

Great support from my Learning and Development Coach. I have monthly calls and she is available when needed.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I now know a vast array of new analytical techniques such as Time Series Forecasting and Regression. I am using these in my role now.

Yes, lots of things. Quiz night, Painting Night, social activities and other fun activities.
