    • Very well structured with 3 rotations across the whole company in varying locations. Great support network.

    • Great deal of support. Mentors, catch ups, off the job training.

    • Great deal of support from tutors. Learn the knowledge and apply to job. Regular check ins with talent coaches to see how you are going

    • Very good. Can understand all aspects of the P&L.
