  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed the programme content so far - it stretches me in terms of knowledge and pushes my skills. I have a lot of reflective writing and content to provide which isnt something that comes easy or natural to me so the support of my talent coach has been invaluable to me for this.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Great induction process, content is well structured with clear weekly content to learn and a great platform that sets out my work clearly.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I'm given time away from day job on a weekly basis to independently study and get through my assignments. My line manager has a vested interest in my progression and actively encourages me to take all the support I can get from colleagues.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have an allocated talent coach who has actively supported me so far to get through my qualification. She provides insight and pushes me to think about things differently and also how I can bring my new knowledge back into my business.

  • Gives me up to date knowledge, has provided me with the latest thinking in my area and generally has elevated my performance and confidence.
